Francisco Patricio was born in Coimbra Portugal.

He graduated in the National Conservatory Dance School in Lisbon, where he participated in the 33rd Prix de Lausanne where he received a scholarship to study in the Ballettschulle Theater Basel Switzerland.

After graduating, he started his professional carrier in Ballet National de Marseille with Emio Greco and Pieter C. Scholten and after that, he worked with Ballett Theater Basel under the direction of Richard Wherlock, where he performed pieces by Alexander Ekman, Sharon Eyal, Johan Inger, Imre & Marne van Opstal, Andonis Foniadakis, Bryan Arias, Marcos Morau, Jeroen Verbruggen, Richard Wherlock.

As a choreographer, his piece “Through your eyes” got selected for Future Dance Festival NY and Finding Compassion Festival. He created is ever full lenght piece "Just Breathe" for Kayzer Ballet Portugal , re-staged "Through your eyes" for Swiss Offspring Switzerland and he is creating a new piece for the pre-professional program of Braswell Arts Center. His duet "Fake smiles" got selected to perform in the Fuse International Dance Festival in Kingston UK.

Currently, he is working as a freelance choreographer, dancer, teacher, movement director, model and has been creating new pieces for different companies and schools and working with different companies.
