After finishing her pre-professional dance program at CIDC in Fribourg, her hometown, Anya first went to Los Angeles to deepen her knowledge and then to Zürich to do a professional dance formation. She graduated in March 2024 and got her bachelor in Contemporary and Urban Dances at Tanzwerk101.

During those 3 years, she became a versatile dancer and discovered many new styles of dance next to Contemporary, Ballet, Modern and Jazz. She fell in love with Waacking and Breaking for example.
Throughout this time, she has worked with international choreographers such as Luca Signoretti, Victor Rottier, Jochen Heckmann, Paula Lansley, Valentin Alfery, Raphaël Smajda, Branca Scheidegger, Sabri Colin and many others.

During her bachelor, she did many internships with renowned companies like Cie Käfig (Paris), Staatstheater Bern or Luzerner Theater.

Also during her bachelor, Anya was already working for some freelance projects like “Überschmelzen” with Dance Company One for example or she got engaged as a choreographer for the 50th anniversary of the theater “l’Arbanel”.

Since March 2024 she joined the Swiss based company Wolke7, directed by Philipp Egli.
Anya is currently based in Switzerland and works as a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher (in Fribourg, St-Gallen, Weinfelden and Zürich).
